School District 73 Guide to Graduation 

Important Dates:

  • ASAP - Grad form must be returned to the main office.
  • Friday, December 3 - Souvenir gown size chart must be returned to the main office.
  • Thursday, November 18 to Monday, December 6 - Grad Photo sign up.
  • Tuesday, December 7 to Wednesday, December 15 - Grad Photos
  • Tuesday, February 8 & Wednesday, February 9 - Grad photo retakes
Grad Photo Information

Grad photos will take place December 7-15.  To facilitate sign-ups, we will use the PTCfast website that is used for parent teacher interviews.  The link will be active November 18 - December 6.       

 

The photographer will be providing Grad caps, gowns, and V stoles.  Photos will be taken in Tanner's Room.  Tanner's Room is directly across from the staff entrance door.
The sitting fee paid to the photographer is $25.  If you are only wanting to have a photo taken for the yearbook, then the sitting is free, but you will only have 4 basic poses.
 
Please see the notes from our photographer about what to expect during the photo sessions and how to prepare.  We will also be sending home information brochures with the students.
  • Grads will need to come in 10 minutes prior to their appointment.
  • No tee shirts please: photos look best when the student wears a V-neck shirt, or preferably a blouse or a shirt and tie.
  • The $25 sitting fee includes 12 poses.
  • Small pets or small props that can be held may be brought with the student (sitting fee required).

 

Grad Photo Retakes have had to be rescheduled and will now take place on February 8 and 9, 2022.
