Grade 9 Immunizations: Wednesday December 10, 2025 at SKSS

To Grade 9 students & their parents, guardians, or representatives:

 As part of the BC School Immunization program, Interior Health is scheduling dates for at school immunization clinics for Grade 9 students.

To take advantage of this opportunity to protect your student from preventable disease the completion of a consent form is required.

 Please use the new online option for providing consent:  Online

Online consent must be completed by November 24^th . Immunizations will be provided at the school on December 10^th.

Information about the Grade 9 immunization program is available: IH School Immunizations

 Your student can review their current immunization through BC Health Gateway.

If your student has received immunizations outside of BC and you have paper records, you can submit those records on-line to the B.C. Provincial Immunization registry at immunizationrecord.gov.bc.ca.
